Only uploaded media — photos, videos, and files — counts toward your storage limit, shared across the relationship. Your messages, tasks, records, and relationship history do not count toward it and are never deleted, on any plan.

You keep full access to every feature and everything you have already uploaded — nothing is deleted. To add new media you can free up space or upgrade to Premium for 200 GB.
